We manage over $300K/month in Meta and Google ad spend and are now building a world-class creative system at scale.
We're looking for a Video Editor who lives and breathes performance-driven editing — someone who can turn raw content (UGC, TikTok, Reels, branded footage) into high-converting ad creatives that sell.
Editing short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads (0:15–1:00)
Creating performance-focused mashups using UGC, brand b-roll, and static assets
Adding dynamic subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, memes, and social proof overlays
Collaborating with our Creative Strategist to test different hooks, CTAs, and frameworks
Adapting winning edits into multiple formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) for paid media
Organizing projects in Frame.io and delivering final exports on time
Assisting with YouTube video edits (2x weekly long-form), including cuts, b-roll, audio leveling, and basic animations
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
CapCut or Descript (for speed subtitling + social repurposing)
Frame.io (or similar for collaboration)
Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp
AI Tools For Efficiency & Productivity
2+ years editing performance marketing videos (agency or DTC brand experience preferred)
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and direct-response marketing principles
Comfortable editing in both horizontal and vertical formats
Great eye for motion, typography, and framing
Able to take feedback and turn things around quickly
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Bonus: experience editing VSLs or YouTube videos with educational content
Consistent work with a fast-moving creative team
Direct feedback and creative strategy guidance to improve your edits
